In order to be accepted for boarding at Stone Meadow Farm every dog must meet ALL of the qualifications and requirements listed below. Our exclusive cage-free boarding environment, requires strict behavioral and health qualifications to protect the safety of our boarders and the people who care for them.

QUALIFICATIONS
Completely housetrained to potty only outdoors
Gentle, non-aggressive temperament toward dogs & people Easily welcomes unfamiliar people & dogs into their territory (Does not have a territorial or "guarding" nature.)
Free of fleas,ticks, parasites and contagious diseases
Age Restrictions Dogs weighing up to 20lbs must be at least 6 months old. Dogs weighing more than 20lbs must be at least 1 year old.
Weight Restrictions Accepting dogs weighing up to 100lbs. --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- 1. Go to Reservationspage to reserve your boarding dates. 2. Submit a Boarding Application prior to boarding.
Fully Vaccinated by a Licensed Veterinarian at least 10 days prior to arrival at Stone Meadow Farm - DHLPP (Distemper-Hepatitis-Leptospirosis- Parvovirus-Parainfluenza) - Bordetella bronchiseptica (Canine Cough) (A Bordetella booster is recommended every 6 months.) - Rabies (every 1 or 3 years)
Spayed or Neutered
Negative Fecal Test (within 6 months prior to boarding)
Current Dog License Must be Attached to Collar
Flea and Tick Preventative Program (year-round)
If you are unsure of your dog's vaccinations, show this list of requirements to your veterinarian and tell your vet that your dog will be in a cage-free environment, interacting with other dogs and that your dog will be walked and exercised outdoors in a rural area.
New Clients must provide current vaccination, spay & fecal test records from veterinarian prior to your dog's Pre-Board Evaluation.
We Are A Clean, Flea and Disease-Free Facility ANY dog arriving with fleas, showing signs of illness or with excessive odor (i.e., skunk!) will be refused for boarding upon arrival regardless of long-standing reservations or deposits on file.
